No two bodies are the same.
Therefore no two training programmes should be the same either.
This is a simple principle with which we abide all our training and maintenance sessions on.
During the consultation, we will gather information based on your past experiences,present condition and
future goals.
We will then create and undergo your very own customised training and maintenance session for you to
experience then and there.
This is a one-time trial session allowing you to experience our unique training style on a deeper level. The training content is tailor-made based on the information gathered during the initial consultation. The session will allow a more accurate picture for the content of training required to achieve your goals.
Our trial session allows you to participate at a 50% deducted rate from the standard price.
Our personal training programmes are all original and in line with our concept, based on professional expertise and scientific support.
We create tailor-made training and maintenance routines that coincide with individual needs as we work towards achieving any desired goals.
The purpose of this course is to build a stronger, more balanced physical foundation capable of advanced exercise and improved daily movement. We achieve this through combining maintenance practices to alleviate tight areas in the body and strength training protocols to tackle weak areas of the body. A strong foundation will not only signify improved exercise performance but also reduced risk of injury. This is a twice a week, one-month training course where all sessions are tailor-made according to individual needs. We further design the programme in such a way, that even those carrying injuries are able to participate. Upon request, we can also assist in dietary and nutritional needs.
Recommended for beginners and those looking to build a stronger physical base for their exercise and daily needs.

Through customised training and maintenance sessions we create new, improved and long-lasting changes in areas of movement, mental performance and aesthetics. When it comes to aesthetics, we seek a more defined and sleeker look as opposed to simply ‘building bulky muscle’ where much emphasis is placed on functionality. We further look into the lifestyle factors of diet and sleep, which are also crucial in making long-lasting positive changes to overall health. We design the programme in such a way, that even those carrying injuries are able to participate, where rehabilitation, strength development and personal goal achievement can all be pursued at the same time.

We offer Sports Massage Therapy sessions on a singular basis, allowing individuals to take part at their own pace. This can be in conjunction with our training services as part of our programme upgrade scheme, or through individual massage therapy sessions that totally exclude training altogether.
Our programme upgrade scheme allows participants of our training programmes to add individual Sports Massage
Therapy sessions to their overall training regimen.
Clients have often benefitted from separate massage therapy sessions aside from their usual training
routine, where although it is up to the individual with respects to the pace at which they partake in
massage therapy, we do encourage at least a once-a-month pace. This will allow for more increased levels of
physical recovery as well as provide a mental break from the usual routine which can provide a boost in
motivation.
We offer a 20% discount on all individual massage sessions to encourage its participation.
