  • STEP ONE

    WELCOME TO SEIJI STUDIOS!

    A warm welcome to SEIJI STUDIOS!
    After an initial friendly introduction a brief tour of the studio will commence.
    A complimentary drink is served making you feel as comfortable as possible.

  • STEP TWO

    GATHERING BACKGROUND INFORMATION

    We will gather information regarding your background, present circumstance (including training experience, injuries and current lifestyle) as well as future goals and your purpose of visit.
    Using all this information, we will assess the best possible approach towards achieving whatever goals you may have.

  • STEP THREE

    POSTURAL ANALYSIS

    We will undergo a postural analysis both statically and dynamically and will assess how your body responds during specific compound movements.

    It is critical we undergo the analysis during the beginning stages as we will then be able to identify the which areas of the body are overly activated and which areas are weak.

    Many exercise programmes overlook this step, but it should be considered amongst the most important. This step will allow us to devise the most suitable training and maintenance programme in terms of rebalancing your body, as well as help achieve your goals in the safest and most effective manner.

  • STEP FOUR

    EXPERIENCE OUR UNIQUE EXERCISE APPROACH

    ‘SEIJI METHOD; An Exercise Approach’ involves both training and maintenance. Here you will experience this first-hand all tailormade according to your exact needs and requirements.

    The content of the session will be based on the information gathered during the background check, postural analysis, as well as building upon new content through the actual training session itself.

  • STEP FIVE

    CONSULTATION REVIEW AND FUTURE DIRECTION

    The final step involves an in-depth review of the consultation, highlighting newly learnt factors about your body and looking into key areas which need to be worked on.

    As a general guide, we usually recommend our new customers to partake in a one-off taster session after the initial consultation. This will give you a greater insight into our exercise approach and what we are about.
    It can also be useful for helping you make a decision on whether you want to participate in our long-term training programmes or not, where we always want to support our customers make the most suitable decision without any pressure.
    Having said that, customers are also free to jump into long-term training programmes straight from the consultation as well.
    Openness between trainer and customer is always valued, where ultimately we are here to help you make the most suitable decision in order to accomplish your goals in the most efficient and effective way.
