This is a one to one crash course service aiming to make vast improvements in physical health and well-being over a short period of time. The session involves an in-depth analysis of the participants current physical condition and lifestyle, where based on this, we create and execute a tailor-made exercise programme. We also cater for individuals carrying injuries.
Recommended for individuals who can’t access the studio on a regular basis but still want to improve their current health/lifestyle as well as those looking to gain independence in how to take care of their own body.

Our Recovery Training series aims to eliminate any pain in the body through tailor-made training and massage sessions, reflecting our unique exercise concept.
We specifically strengthen areas of the body which are needed to support certain joints and combine this with tension reducing massages. This unique blend allows pain to be eliminated at the root and helps create a more balanced and well-functioning body.
This is a 2 month physical recovery course, where through customised training and massage sessions, we aim to achieve the full alleviation of lower back pain. Active recovery is the approach where we will treat the injury all whilst working towards whatever other individual fitness goals you may have. We strengthen the muscle areas directly related to supporting the lower back whilst reducing any tension areas causing pressure or discomfort. Long-term results can be achieved at a fast rate as we tackle the root cause of pain. The resulted creation of a new, stronger body also greatly reduces the possibility of future relapses.

This is a 2 month physical recovery course, where through customised training and massage sessions, we aim to achieve the alleviation of tightness around the neck and shoulders. Injuries such as tennis elbow and frozen shoulder are also attended to, where through the process of active recovery we can treat the injury whilst working towards other individual fitness goals.
The correct distribution of strengthening and alleviating tight areas, creates improvements to upper body posture which reduces the risk of pain recurrence.
As the individual’s physical state improves, the level of exercise intensity will increase accordingly, thus encouraging a consistent trend in the development of overall health and functionality.
Recommended for individuals experiencing stiff neck and shoulders and are looking to live a pain-free life.
