Health Bootcamp

Our health bootcamp is a one to one crash course service aiming to make vast improvements in physical health and well-being over a short period of time. The course involves analyzing the participants current physical condition as well as lifestyle habits, where we then undergo and create a tailor-made exercise programme for the participant to take home.

We further discuss how to implement new lifestyle tactics in order to provide long-lasting improvements in overall health and look at the means to achieve any individual goals.

We also cater for any individuals carrying injuries or physical stress, such as lower back pain.

    content

    The content of the Bootcamp involves both strengthening and maintenance exercises, based on individual needs and goals. Information regarding such needs are gathered at the beginning of the session through a thorough background check and a detailed movement analysis.

    Filming will also be taking place during the personal training and massage session as part of the creation of the tailor-made exercise programme, known as the ‘Harmony Programme’ (details are outlined below).

The Harmony ProgrammeThe Harmony Programme

Individuals taking part in our Health Bootcamp will all receive their very own ‘Harmony Programme.’ This represents a tailor-made exercise programme, including both strengthening and maintenance exercises, customized according to individual needs, which the participant will then be able to implement at their own accord and thus encouraging exercise independency.

  • There are 3 steps to the creation of the Harmony Menu:

      Personal training session.

    • 2

      Filming of exercises (emphasising form and technique).

    • 3

      Creating a hand written exercise programme (based on session content).

    It is encouraged for the participant to take part in our post workshop follow-up session, which will include important updates to the Harmony Programme based on the newly improved physical condition of the individual.

Diet Support

As an additional option, the participant can receive further guidance in diet and nutrition, which serve as key factors to overall health. We will analyse current eating habits and create an additional plan to improve both these factors.

With the Diet support in place, the process of the bootcamp will be divided into 6 main steps:

Follow-up session

Once the bootcamp has finished, it is advised for the participant to attend a follow-up session within a 30-day period. This encourages constant progress whilst preventing the danger of falling back into bad habits and includes important updates to the Harmony Programme, adjusted according to the new physical condition of the individual.

Follow-up sessions are available on a continuous basis, typically at a once a month pace.
